Brian Finished with S8

Samsung S8 is a great phone which like any other smart phone has some well-known issues. For example, at Mr. Fix we frequently receive complaints about the poor life battery, lagging home screen, random phone reboots, or red-tinted display. This time the customer reported having problems with charging so the initial supposition was that it is a battery problem. However, when Brian conducted full phone examination, it appeared that the Samsung s8 charging port had some moisture in it and so did not conduct electricity correctly. As a result, the battery was not charging and the phone was not working correctly.

Within only 30 minutes, Brian confirmed that the battery was fine, replaced the charging port in the phone and cleaned all contacts inside of the phone. The post-examination and testing confirmed that with the new port the phone’s performance was correct and a happy customer left our store only 40 minutes after arrival.
