Warranty and Repair Policy

Mr Fix Cell Phone & Computer Repair, LLC (“Mr Fix”) provides repair services for electronic devices. By using our services, customers agree to the following terms:

Returns and Refunds

• Mr Fix may charge a restocking fee on all returns and refunds.

Warranty Coverage

• The warranty does NOT cover damage or misuse caused by the customer, including but not limited to cracked glass and/or LCDs, broken home buttons, damaged cameras, and water damage.
• Tempered glass screen protectors protect against scratches and dust but do not provide 100% protection against drops.
• All refurbished devices come with a 14-day defects warranty. Physical and mechanical damage is not covered. If defects cannot be resolved within this period, a full refund will be provided. However, if the defect cannot be located by the Mr Fix team, the device will not fall under the defect repair policy. Mr Fix may, at its discretion, accept a return with a 20% restocking fee. No other refunds or exceptions will be provided.

Payment Disputes

• Customers agree not to dispute payments for services or products provided by Mr Fix and will make a good faith effort to resolve any concerns directly with Mr Fix.

Authorization and Liability

• Customers authorize Mr Fix technician(s) to perform repair work on their electronic device.
• Mr Fix is not an authorized service dealer.
• Customers agree to release, indemnify, and hold Mr Fix harmless from liability for any claims or damages arising from repair work performed.

Device Pick-Up Policy

• Devices left at Mr Fix will receive at least four notifications for pick-up.
• A final notice will be given before liquidating the device after 90 days, unless a later pick-up date has been arranged.

Data Loss and Privacy

• Mr Fix is not responsible for any data loss resulting from repairs. Customers are responsible for backing up their devices before repair.
• Mr Fix technicians will not browse through personal, private, or confidential information, though they may inadvertently see data during repairs.
• Confidential data should be removed before repair work is performed.

Manufacturer Warranties

• Repairs or technical support performed by Mr Fix may void manufacturer warranties, especially for iOS devices.
• Mr Fix does not assume liability for voided warranties but may offer its own warranty on parts and services at its sole discretion.

Marketing Communications

• Customers consent to receiving holiday greetings and special promotions from Mr Fix.
