Denys is the founder and CEO of Mr Fix Cell Phone & Computer Repair. The company is based in Virginia. Originally from Kharkiv, Ukraine, he immigrated to the United States in 2015. Since then, he has turned his passion for technology and customer service into a growing business. Today, that business helps thousands of customers each year.

Under his leadership, Mr Fix has become known for quality, innovation, and employee development. In addition, Denys volunteers with United Help Ukraine. He also regularly supports local organizations and nonprofit initiatives where Mr Fix operates.

What he is most proud of

Denys is most proud of building a business that creates opportunities for people while serving the community. When he arrived in the United States, he had to start from scratch. He also had to learn a new business environment and prove himself at every step.

Now, what began as a single repair shop is a company with multiple locations, an incredible team, and thousands of loyal customers. Above all, he values seeing employees grow professionally, develop confidence, and advance into leadership roles.

What’s next for Mr Fix

Looking ahead, Denys wants to grow Mr Fix into one of the most respected technology service brands in Virginia. At the same time, he wants to keep the culture and values that helped the company succeed. To do that, he plans to expand opportunities for employees, strengthen training programs, and develop future leaders within the company.

Ultimately, he wants to build an organization that creates long-term careers. He also wants it to deliver exceptional customer experiences and leave a lasting positive impact on the communities it serves.

Challenges, setbacks, and uncertainty are part of every entrepreneurial journey. However, persistence and consistency often matter more than talent, he says. In his view, small improvements made every day can lead to extraordinary results over time.
